Yes, I like to help you with saving some money of your next booking trip. The best airline that I have took is Aeromexico, they have been very polite the planes are new and very clean plus spacious. I have flew with Aeromexico and it was just a pleasant trip and nice relaxing trip. I flew from Dulles Airport to Benito Juarez Mexico Airport, then I took a connection plane to Ciudad Juarez Mexico because I could not find a straight flight to Ciudad Juarez. I have been with American Airlines too but I didn’t like the plane it was kind of old plane and staff was not so friendly plus it did not have lcd screen tv on each seat like Aeromexico did. There was a small LCD TV screen on each seat on Aeromexico plane, was a nice ride. American Airlines was not so satisfactory to my needs, the price was cheap so that is why I did try them and the date was perfect too. I can’t remember which Airline made me miss my flight right now but I know it was United or American Airlines, I will check again but they made me delay by checking my baggage and re-checking and they couldn’t give me my flight ticket rapidly, they had some issues to giving my ticket and made me late to my flight for 5 minutes, it was a a major disappointed and delay and maybe real late and just not a good day, but the most important part is getting there safe!
I have flew with United a couple of times because they have been cheaper prices and non stop flights but I had major delays on my flights that I am considering not using them anymore if I don’t have too. One time I was coming from Mexico City and there was a person in bad conditions with his health and we had to land in North Carolina, we landed and also that day there were shootings in D.C. so when we got there they took the man out, we were about to take off then they stopped the airplane, one hour passed then we were about to take off then we stopped again, another hour passed, yes stuck seating for 2 hours already plus the 3.5 hours that we were flying and it was about 20 to 30 minutes to get to our destination prior to emergency landing, it was a nonstop flight direct and very expensive, but I know a life is very important. Then we were about to take off again and stopped again, now it was 3 hours on plane and they decided to evacuate the plane and immigration plus police brought dogs to sniff our luggage and our bodies, nothing found then they took us in buses inside the airport to immigration get checked again with dogs sniffing us and luggage. Then nothing found so 2 hours more to do this process it was 9pm now. I was supposed to be in Dulles about 3 pm and it was 9pm without even eating all day. The airline got us another plane and gave us a sandwich and pizza maybe not sure why plus told us they were going to give a discount online for the delay and trouble that was caused. They only gave $50 a ticket refund and just as credit for your next flight. I think they should of had given more because this flight was very hard on our bodies and mind and very stressful.
I got to Dulles about 11pm then about 2pm at my home, was a very hard flight and I think because of the D.C. issue that day. Also the trip that made me late to my flight they gave us another flight and we were late 2 hours now, we connected to another plane in Fort Worth Texas, 2 hours late and arrived at our destination about 2 hours later but safely. It makes a lot od delays sometimes.
This last time I used United again and we are about to depart and they told us to evacuate the plane because there was a mechanical issue with the plane so we all exited the plane and delayed about 4 hours. Again another delay and no apologies nor refunds or nothing, but it was best because I don’t want to be flying on a plane that is not working well, I want to be safe more than anything, so it was very inconvenient for me because instead or arriving at Mexico City at 8pm or 9pm I arrived at 12am, so delays delays sometimes happens when you are flying. So I am not sure if I will be fflying with United again, I will try to use another Airline, hopefully Aeromexico. I might see if I can use another Airline for sure because I don’t feel happy flying with United. Well hopefully my review here helps you save some money and also expect delays or whatever but the most important thing is to arrive at your destination safely!
