Eating Disorders Sickness Ill – 3/8/17
Woke up feeling good and fine today. Got dressed and ready for work. Had blueberries, 2 bananas, 5 strawberries, water on a blender plus chai seeds. Was feeling good and was yummy. Then I had a zucchini and was good. Great vegetable. Then I had a Vitamin supplement one a day. After the one a day I had a small burning sensation on and off by my stomach maybe spleen. I wen to work and started to feel a small nerve pressure on my head brain. It is 11:25 and still feel it is very discomforting. I think I might have gluten intolerance celiac disease. I have realized that wheat makes me sick. I think it was the one a day vitamin pill. I will still be on the lookout. I will update post soon with new feelings. It feels like something is tight in my head a really weird feeling. Maybe nerves contractions or hardening. Very hard to explain. I have been sick from January 7th 2017 and I have seen many different doctor’s and no help whatsoever. I even visited the ER and no help. I just received bills and more bills and no help. I have been battle ling myself with some sort of disease. Sometimes I have been real bad with pain all over my body.
at 12 pm I am going to lunch and see what happens. I usually eat something and I get sick after 2 or 3 hours.
Update at 1:27 pm ate lunch and I also was checking the bag for chia seeds and it says might contain wheat. I think I am allergic to wheat and gluten. I really get sick eating that. So at this time I think was the chia or the one a day multi vitamins. Will have to try the multi vitamins once more again to see if it really was that. That will be another day experiment.
I ate: Honeydew 3 small slices. about 2 or 3 cups black beans. 2 or 3 cups of parboiled rice. 3 leaf kale which is very nutritious. I ate one zucchini. One egg white plus a glass of water with lemon. Lemon and water cleans your system and liver and cleans arteries. Very good for your health.
I been feeling ok up to right now. I will update this post soon. I have been real sick since January the 7th 2017. I also had a pill of Sediclon Dicicloverina read more about it. I did a consultation over the phone with a doctor in Mexico and describing my symptoms because here in USA no doctor helped me. No medicine at all. Here USA I just got some depression and anxiety pills which I did not use. Plus some asthma that has steroids which is just real bad for your liver and body. Please try to stay away from steroid medicine cause I had them and made me real sick.
I also want to share that Sediclon Dicicloverina makes me feel better of is helping me right now. I have not felt the pins and needles through my whole body including feet and hands and head. This is good because that sensation is just painful.
I also want to share that I am also under blood thinning medicine. It has also helped me. I feel what helps me and what don’t. I also do lots of exercise which is not good because I feel that I have bad blood circulation. Blood bad circulation because I have been using a chair in a bad way at work. I changed my chair and I have been feeling better towards my bad blood circulation.
I am also going without any meats since yesterday. I feel that all oil or fat makes me real sick. Eating Disorders Sickness Ill feeling real sick is not good for our daily life.
2:35pm I still feel that discomfort on my head like my nerves are kind of tight or ant line walking. Very hard to describe. Or also it might be the healthy saturated fat on the almonds and chia seeds? not really sure but something today triggered this discomfort. 3 pm I go out to walk or stretch. I will walk for 15 minutes at 3pm see if that helps. I know it helps with bad circulation though.
came back from my walk and I feel like my nerves on my legs or calves a little discomfort. I feel ok at this time. I am tracking my illness and food intake because it seems I get sick after eating food. I have been going to many different doctor’s in the past and none of them has been able to help me.
I have been feeling the discomfort all day long in my head, something in the morning triggered it and I need to find it what it is. I have to find out so it doesn’t happen again. Every morning I wake up i feel good but when I start eating i get sick. I did not have any medication in the morning maybe that is why I feel like this?
I did many tests and blood tests in the past month and everything was normal. Cat scan in my head and is good. Ultra sound organs and liver and all are good. But guess what; I am sick.
update: 3:58 pm I just ate 4 small pieces of honey dew will see how that affects me.
i just did a 10 minute jumping jack plus leg crunches jumping and some push ups see how that helps me with the flow of my blood.
I am starting to feel better now, My head pressure feels less. Also it could of had been the almonds I ate today even though I wash them with water and left them soaking on water overnight. The almond bag also said might be contaminated with wheat. Wheat and gluten make me sick. Something this morning got me sick on my brains nerves.
4:55 pm one pill bezafibrato 200 mg blood thinner with glass water
after the pill I felt a little nauseous and then I decided to eat parboiled rice and 3 egg whites plus one zucchini and decided to go for a walk. Walking helps bad blood circulation I have read on other websites. I am also eating two cups of baby carrots while walking. I think that I have bad blood circulation plus gluten and wheat intolerance plus maybe IBS. I have no idea what I have but I try my best to eat healthier and also do some exercise. No running or strenuous exercise cause i also think it makes it worse for me. If I run maybe about 30 minutes I start feeling electric burning sensation in my body plus pins and needles.
I am writing this because maybe someone out there have the same symptoms and just want help. Most doctors hear me out but they don’t help me at all. However I did not do a endoscopy that they were going to do and see if I have celiac. Maybe I lo do it in the future if I don’t see any improvement.
I must also tell you that I have been seeing improvement on my blood circulation since I changed my chair at work. Plus I do lots of exercise and eating healthy. I am also going without any meat for now. This is my second day without any meat. Yesterday I slept well without eating any meat. I honk meat making me sick and provoking me to suffer with lots of pain.
My pain is nausea, blurred vision, body imbalanced, Pain by liver section, burning sensation stomach, gas, bloating, brain nerves tight maybe dog brain, pins and needles extremities, electricity burning sensation extremeties, whole body pins and needles, heartburn, numb extremities mostly my left arm plus pinky finger.
I am walking while writing I can also feel something by my right face like a nerve is tight, very weird.
just had sediclon 1 pill. This helps stomach with IBS colitis.
I walked half a mile and also jogging for 1 mile and head start a to feel good plus whole body. I am resting front side of my house sitting down and feel good. I drank water and half a lemon. I will update later on how I am feeling and when I go to sleep.
I was watching resting laying down on the sofa watching champions league FC Barcelona vs Paris saint germane which Barcelona won 6-1 and FC Barcelona will continue.
I was watching and my stomach wants food, I went warm up some black beans and also 1 egg white hopefully now I feel full and don’t get sick.
been feeling muscle spasm on my stomach. Plus muscle twitching and maybe a little heart burn but not enough.
finished watching soccer match then I decided to do a stress liquid medicines I also feel like I have stress and I think that is why I am just in the first place. I feel a little discomfort on me left side of head. Gonna take a shower now and get ready to sleep.
it seems like that stress medicine is working I feel better and I think I have to work and manage my stress to get better. Today right now I don’t feel the pins and needles or electric through my body so I will have a good night sleep. I am also listening to music to help me with my stress, good night peeps!
