Living life with stress
Living life with stress – It is not easy living with stress. I know it is not easy because we get sick. Our entire health and body suffers if we are Living life with stress. Stress is real bad for our health including the food that we eat and hormones. We all need to manage stress including myself cause right now I think I am suffering from it but I will overcome it. We need to make sure this is what is wrong with us first, we need to be 100% sure so we can try to fix it. If we have no idea then we will not able to beat it out of our system.
Ok, my day is starting like this. I am feeling better today. My head feels better plus my body. So this is good news for me. Last night I could fall asleep. I had a good night’s rest so that is good for my health and body.
Breakfast:
I had one cup almond milk 0% sugar no fat gluten free. Plus 2 bananas and 5 strawberries plus blueberries on a blender. Great drink in the morning. After this drink I felt something through my system. By my left ears and head but I am feeling better. I had 3 corn boiled they were tasty. I had cup water. I feel good this morning. I also had my stress medicine 15 drops in a water container plus I had a pill of aspirin which is called Acido Acetilasilico 300 mg this medicine treats plaque in arteries and helps you not to have strokes or heart attacks by cleaning arteries. I feel a little nerve hardening on my head brain but feel ok though. I think should be the milk. We all need calcium though so we have to drink some type of milk. Calcium also helps your nervous system including the brain’s nerves.
I also want to share with you that with my diet I lost 20 lbs in less than one month. I was 205 lbs and less than a month was weighing 185 lbs.
9:18 ate two sweet potatoes very small and they were just tasty, they do contain sugar but natural sugar though. Eating healthy should be everyday in your life if you want to live longer. Every hour I get up my seat cause I have to walk a bit and stretch. Seating all day is just bad for our blood circulation and bad for the body.
I ate a cucumber with tomatoe and a lime and was real good plus now I am on my break stretching and jumping to get my blood flow going. It is raining outside so I will have to stay in. Right now I just feel something on my head like a little bit nerve discomfort other than that I feel good.
I went to lunch and I had a great healthy lunch. I felt kind of dizzy when I was preparing my food. I prepared and ate: 3 egg whites, half avocado, onions slices into small pieces, a little salt and cilantro on it. then parboiled rice maybe one cup and 3 Guerrero tortillas. I ate that for lunch plus then a honey dew slice. Plus 5 walnuts had to break it and eat inside of it. Had my sidoclon pill plus stress medicine and also after meal I had a pill Tribedoce. Tribedoce has B-Vitamins that can help nerves and brain. I am doing random medication cause too many different medicine at the same time could be not a good idea. I feel good right now and after the meal. I am ok for now.
I been feeling a little dizzy today, I just ate a mango and was kind of sweet and going for a 15 minute walk. Taking a small brake from my chair. Today is very cold and windy not a good day to be walking outside but I have to do it. Overall I feel ok for now.
I been feeling dizzy today and head little discomfort I think might be the almond milk so tomorrow no almond milk will see how I feel also after lunch maybe the walnuts? Avocado ? Or piece of chicken? Don’t feel normal.
I don’t want to post This be but I have to. Did number 2 and felt a little better in my heads nerves and felt just a little better?
I got home from work and this is what I ate for dinner: 2 corn on cob, 1 banana, some lettuce and tomato, 2 carrots, half of a papaya that was very delicious. All this is natural fruit sugar yes I know. 2 hours after I was feeling bad my head nerves and burning little sensations plus just didn’t feel good. I was watching a movie and half of it I had to turn it off because I am not feeling good. I am thinking because of the sugar. I had this blurry vision again so I got up and started jogging on the treadmill which I was like 25 minutes and could not continue, running out of air and feel my nerves on my head so I stopped. I had 4 egg whites and a piece of Peruvian chicken to see if that lowers my blood sugar. I am feeling under my left ear by my neck something weird right now. I will visit the doctor maybe next week to check myself out. I will check my blood and maybe just look for a new doctor. Something wrong is with me but I don’t get any help from doctors?
I will monitor myself see how it changes now? I did not want to have a benzafibrato today but I had no choice, was not feeling good. So I hope it does help me. I continued running on treadmill for 20 more minutes and feeling better. No more blurred vision for now and I am sweating. Here is a link with blurry vision after a meal. Could also be this too.
