Healthy living with Sickness – woke up at 5:30 am and I felt a little pain or discomfort left side of my upper back when I woke up. I ate parboiled rice one cup plus 2 egg whites and 3 Guerrero corn tortillas plus had sediclon medicine one tablet. I am on my computer doing stuff and I feel OK for now. I also had a glass of water, I will be monitoring myself today and writing all here. I also had my stress liquid drops after 10 minutes of eating. I need to control my stress level cause this could be the culprit.

8:45 ate 2 small apples I feel ok right now. I have been feeling a lot better today; my head feels better and just feel a little slightly discomfort but not so much. I will take 15 minute brake from my job and go jogging outside see how that will help me.
I just ran about half a mile or one mile in 10 minutes see how that affect me today? Will see; now I need to go and get bottle of water. I will also eat 3 pieces of kale after my little brake of exercise. Everytime I run or so exercise my head feels better. Only issues is that my muscle twitch and muscle spasm.
It is almost lunch time and I feel ok, not that bad. I was reading about stress and I think I could be suffering from it.
I am on my way to lunch I think I am going to go to a Chinese restaurant and order chicken with broccoli and steam white rice plus other vegetables and no condiments nor sauce. Healthy living with Sickness.
ok I ordered chicken and broccoli steamed no sauce see how that will affect me. I have not eaten any meat for 2 days now and I feel like I need some meat, very hungry and sometimes light headed. I hope this helps me and don’t get me sick. The lady seems nice here and very helpful. Will update how I feel after the food.
I had a pill sediclon prior to eating hopefully it will help me with digesting the food which was white steam rice, steam broccoli, steamed chicken and no sauce. It did not taste that good but I am trying to stay healthy without getting sick. I felt something like my nerves on my calves area and foot. Hopefully I don’t get sick, I also did take a stress drops which is liquid.
Handling stress – how can we handle stress? I even have no clue but reading this article might help me and you. What is stress?

I have not taken a blood thinner today and will try me best not to take it, I know too much medicine is bad for our system. I am really thinking that stress is the one making me sick, I will try my best to eliminate my stress to see if I get better. I have been feeling good until now so that is good.
2:54 pm I am about to go outside for my little break from work I will walk for 15 minutes and eat a mango while walking, will see how this might affect me? I feel a little on my head I am guessing nerves but other than that I feel good. I read online that walking is good vs stress.
I ate a mango and I wanted more, it was super delicious. The day is nice outside sunny and nice wind hits my face and just plain perfect day. The walk was good was walking and enjoying the view and day. Had a bottle of water when I got back to the office. Walking for 30 minutes every day is good for your health and stress, you should do it once in a while.
well is almost time to go home and I am feeling ok, today I have felt a lot better than yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow I feel even better. I just need to be careful on what I eat and also work on to lower my stress.
ok I got home and I ate dinner. Well dinner with vegetables cause am scared of food. I ate 1 or 2 cups of black beans. I actually feel good right now my head feels ok and also my body. I don’t feel pain nor pins and needles or electricity. Parboiled rice one cup, 2 egg whites, 2 carrots, 2 slices of honey dew, quarter of tomatoes which was there. Had my stomach sediclon pill and also my stress medicine.
The day is warm and about 73 f degrees outside so now I am walking around the block. I have been listening to music so I can remove this stress. I feel ok for now will update soon.
6:30 pm my sister in law came and brought food! She brought rotisserie Peruvian chicken and i couldn’t resist eating a chicken breast and some lettuce tomatoe. I hope I don’t get sick, I felt some electric through arms and legs hopefully I don’t get sick.
8:48 i have felt muscle spasm twitching legs and by my stomach. Little something on my head. I have felt different plus burr vision. I am ok though but have felt different. I feel my vision has changed.
I will try to sleep and will see how I feel, sometimes toughest part is going to sleep when I have pin and needles extremities and whole body plus electric but hopefully I don’t feel it today. Will update later on or tomorrow.
well I am happy I was able to sleep and felt ok, was very worried but am ok. I will try to go another 2 or 3 days without meat again cause I know the fat on meat makes me sick. I also have to stop thinking so much on what is wrong with me or what might make me sick cause part of my stress Is thinking about it.
