Liver pain discomfort issues – last night my pain was quadrant right upper side by my liver. I think tortillas were the culprit for this but not sure. I had a lime and it really helped my system and was able to fall asleep.
today I feel ok for now.
breakfast: lime with glass water was just half of it, one banana some blueberries and silk almond milk 0% sugar. Did it in a blender and it tasted awesome.
waiting to see how it will affect me hopefully does me good. I feel a high amount fruit sugar at one time makes me sick by making my head or nerves go out of whack and also lots of carbs make me sick? Or bad carbs?
I am thinking that my blood circulation is good and what is wrong are my nerves from bad carbs and high sugar intake.
8:55 am small apple. I will make an appointment to see a neuro specialist this week. After the apple I feel ok and good.
Right now at 9:50 I am working sitting down and I have a small little pain by my stomach – like a little burning pain comes and goes?
Me head feels a little weird maybe Almond milk?
11:00 am – about 20 cashews I am hungry.
was feeling ok and better after the cashews then I had more cashews maybe another 15 was very hungry. Feeling a little better.
lunch:
ate 2 cups red beans, chicken tender broiled microwaved, one cup parboiled rice, smallest piece of broccoli, before eating the meal a lemon squized into water and 3 tablespoons of apple cider. Will update soon how I am feeling. Until now I feel little nerves discomforts like shooting electric through back of neck but little. Not so bad.
Symptoms: left side by stomach a flashing pain discomfort there, and right side liver side discomfort flashing burning pain. Pins and needles been going on since yesterday. My head hasn’t gotten messed up.
I think this is driving me crazy! I think that my nerves are not functioning correctly! I found a great informational website here regarding Nutrition for Muscle & Nerves. I will try this out and give it more importance from here on and will go and buy a supplement and start it as soon as possible to see if it helps me. Coenzyme Q10 supplement helps out with nerve damage so I will go and buy it. Vitamin C and E Helps out too. It is funny how limes or lemon helps me while I am in this type of pain?

Another great nerve website that is very informative. I definitely think I have this cause that makes sense to me. I had no idea of this disease and all contributes to high blood sugar.
Right now my tingling burning electricity pins and needles has gone away! It has disappear since I ate lunch, I feel it a little bit. Also it says to eat less sodium and I been eating 4 egg whites that has lots of sodium. I have to watch this, plus tortillas has refined carbs that makes sugar go up fast, stay off the tortillas for a while.
Also have to do vitamins cause vitamin deficiency is bad for Nerve damage. I had to copy this and give credits to the above website link because it is very important:

I went at 2:50 pm for a walk and ran a little. I hope it helps me. I feel no electricity nor pin and needles. I feel discomfort on my head plus vision is off kind little blurry. I feel side of my face nerves kind little tight, very discomforting and I feel energy.
I think the parboiled rice is the culprit on my feeling right now. Stay off the rice for a while cause high Gi index load.
3:40 pm I am feeling better now it took about 4 hours for this effect to kick my butt. From 12:20pm when I had lunch till right now. Not cool , I think beans and rice combined carbs made me feel like crap again. I feel like not eating the rest of the day! Also my vision came back too, when I am sick my vision turns very blurry.
3:57 pm I hadn’t felt the shooting electric signals or nerves since now? I did not feel it on the whole time since I ate and my effect was taking place till now? what the heck?
4:35 I haven’t been feeling good since 20 minutes ago seems like my nerves again. Head nerves body fingers are not doing good, maybe I need vitamin B? Protein? Not sure?
5pm got home when I got home had pressure nerves on my head side of face by both ears pressure I ate half avocado, chopped onions, full one egg with yolk, 2 egg whites, and one very small piece chicken tender. In about 2o minutes felt whole lot better and did the dishes and cook food. I also had about 5-10 pecans and which I forgot not to eat them because I wanted to see how that food was going to affect me since I have not eaten a yolk in decades cause I am actually scare or the cholesterol in it. It is 7:23 pm right now and I don’t feel the pins and needles tingling sensation just my head is having some nerve issues.
I feel ok right now just my head is nerve crazy. I also had a vitamin B 12 pill which is a supplement and 500mcg. Let me tell you that these vitamins can get very expensive. Starting today I am not doing any more blood thinner cause I don’t see it helping me cause I am still with my same health issue.
I also had a pill with my food called tribedoce it has vitamin b6 b12 and b1 so maybe that will help me too.
starting today I know bad carbs and sugar makes me sick and maybe my nerves are bad because of high blood sugar.
I drove to CVS and bought some vitamin supplements which one is CoQ10 for nerve damage and heart and muscles which I will start tomorrow. Hopefully it will help me, also bought B12 1000 msg circulatory and nerve health, will start tomorrow too.
You won’t believe this but at around 7pm I started feeling normal wow I could not believe it, it is amazing! I was so happy that I felt normal for once so it seems that is my path to get better.
I cooked a whole chicken baked and ate the breast and was so delicious which I as so hungry. After eating it I start feeling my head nerves instantly and also now I still feel it and also on me left neck ear there I feel something discomforting but hopefully I will feel normal again. I think I need more lean meat and vitamins to get better and stay away from carbs and fruit sugar.
Well I just went to the bathroom and on the mirror my both ears are red so that means I could get high blood pressure. Hopefully I don’t get it.
I was kind worried about high boood pressure but after 30 minutes I felt better and all my nerve simptoms disappeared and was able to sleep good. No nerve pains no nothing whole night!
