New day eating lean poultry meat vitamins – I guess a new day and a new beginning! Today I start eating more lean meats less carbs less sugar and vitamins for me. I am guessing I need vitamin supplements to help me survive this carbs and sugar disease.
remember I write my illness diary to try to help someone out there that is going crazy that gets sick after eating but this is what I feel and shouldn’t be any diagnose. I am doing this because I have visited about 10 different doctors and none of them were able to help me so I have to resolve it myself. I got no help just a bunch of bills! Not good for me! I had a good night sleep no pain whatsoever and I feel good right now at 6:22 am.
I think I have vitamin B deficiency!
7:30 Breakfast – Chicken thing with drumstick attached. One egg white one egg white with half yolk. One pill CQ10 50 mg and one pill vitamin B 500mcg.
Update 8:20 I feel goooood, yes feeling good at the time and that is good news. Great article how Vitamin B12 can help nerve damage. I think that I need this in my life right now to fix these nerves that are real painful.
9:55 am – just ate 4 pieces of papaya hope it doesn’t harm me in anyway? Papaya has lots of potassium and Vitamin C and C also helps with nerve damage. See here about Vitamin C helps nerve damage.
11:15 ate a small apple see how that will affect me. I been doing good so far, no issues! great!
2:45 ate a ripe banana and was very sweet. I been feeling good since. I ate it and felt my head nerves for about 10-20 minutes and gone. I am walking outside now; a small brake from work.
I have not felt pins needles electricity burning sensation all day long. I really think I have found my illness and will work on it to recooperate.
When I feel 100% healthy again I will stop writing here. I am just writing to have it recorded and maybe someone out there could be of a big help.
I went home and did some cooking and washing dishes, I have felt goodbye most of the day. I put a turkey breast on the oven; seasoned it without any salt!
I was very hungry so I ate some green beans plus some kale was just boiled a day before. Plus I had a multivitamin after that food. Then I didn’t some running on the treadmill cause I felt enough energy. I ran one hour of course taking brakes. While running and my brake I had some cashews. After running ended the turkey was cooked so I ate some pieces like 2 cups of turkey breast, was delicious so now I just want see how I react. I also had a lemon with glass water during the exercise.
I feel good right now.
ok I am good now and going to sleep, this has one of my best since from a long time and since I started vitamin B and also eating meat and eggs.
